I need to return or exchange an item. What is your return policy?

With a return, please include a copy of your initial invoice & return/exchange form with a short description of reason of return. With an exchange, please include style/color/size of what you would like to exchange.
If your package arrives at our warehouse within the 10-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10~15 business days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from G1.
I just bought an item that was on sale. Can I return or exchange it?
Unfortunately, all of our sales items are final sales, and cannot be returned for a refund. We will try our best to help with an exchange, however, if you email us at email@example.com, we will see if the desired exchange item is available.
When will my order arrive?
G1 ships via UPS Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday, excluding holidays. In case of an incomplete delivery, only the items shipped will be charged. If you would like a tracking number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide one for you.
The item I'm looking for isn't available on the webstore. Where can I find it?
